The design pack works for both Windows and Mac computers. You will need a utility suck as StuffIt or WinZip to uncompress the the file.

I have summit my design since last thursday and until now I still dint manage to see my design on the website... Is it any problems with my design?? my design is Atomic-Zac, I summit twice because the first time is without base lines...

All current designs approved or denied.

If you do not see your design online currently or have not received a notification that your design was denied then your file was not received.

The most common reason your submission may not have been received would be due to file size. Your JPG should be 1000px wide at 72dpi with a file size less then 1MB. The server will accept files upto 2MB in size.

having trouble saving the pic, what program is needed in order to save the pic. I got the templete saved but can't open it. thanks

The template is provided in multiple formats. You will first need to open the downloaded file. It is in ZIP format, you can use tools such as WinZip or StuffIt among others to open this file. Once you have the file open you will need to select the correct file for the graphics program you are using.
